These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of https://mysleepinggypsy.art (the “Website”) and purchases made through it.
The Website and My Sleeping Gypsy brand are operated by PolyNation SARL, trading as My Sleeping Gypsy, registered in Switzerland under number CHE-201.595.465, with its registered address at 3 Avenue de la Grenade, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By using the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Products and Orders
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Because some products are handmade or made from natural materials, colours, textures, embroidery and pattern placement may vary slightly. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.
Please review all product details, measurements and size information before placing an order.
You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and check your products, sizes, quantities, prices and delivery address before submitting an order.
An electronic confirmation will be sent after your order is submitted. We or Western Bid may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information or pricing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected or delivery is unavailable. Any collected payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pre-order and made-to-order delivery dates are estimates. We will notify you of a material delay and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
Prices and Payments
The applicable price, currency and total amount payable are displayed before you submit an order.
Unless stated otherwise, Free Express Worldwide Shipping is included. Import VAT, customs duties and similar destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless collected during checkout or otherwise required by law.
Payments are processed through the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform. Available payment methods may include payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods displayed at checkout.
Western Bid, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record and legal seller for the payment transaction. Western Bid receives payment and appears as the payee on the customer’s payment statement.
PolyNation remains responsible for the products, fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer support.
Disclaimer
This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.
Delivery
We generally use FedEx or DHL for international delivery.
Orders are usually delivered within 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by pre-orders, production, customs procedures, remote destinations or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will normally be sent by email.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and paying any applicable customs charges. Reasonable return or re-delivery costs may be deducted from a refund if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect it.
If a parcel is lost, materially delayed or damaged, contact customer@mysleepinggypsy.art.
Returns and Refunds
You may request the return of an eligible product within 14 days after receiving it.
Before returning a product, email customer@mysleepinggypsy.art with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with their original tags. Please use a trackable delivery service.
Unless a product is defective or incorrect, return delivery costs, customs charges and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned where this exclusion is permitted by law.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will request an approved refund through Western Bid to the original payment method, normally within 3 business days and within any mandatory legal deadline.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on Western Bid, your bank and the relevant payment provider.
Exchanges are subject to availability and may be processed as a return followed by a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact customer@mysleepinggypsy.art as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
We will provide a remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your mandatory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website, Privacy and Intellectual Property

Western Bid, payment providers and delivery companies may also process personal data under their applicable privacy notices.
The Website and its content, including product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to PolyNation.
You may use the Website only for personal and lawful purposes. You must not copy or commercially use its content, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent information.
We aim to keep the Website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. The competent courts will be determined by applicable law.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Website. The Terms in force when you submit an order will normally apply to that order.
The English version is the reference version if these Terms are translated into another language, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
