General Information
By choosing to receive the newsletter you allow us to use the following personal data:

-Shop in which you gave a tip
-single tip and total tip
-recipient of the tip
-Mailadress
We use the newsletter to give you updates on how tips are transferred to the workers, how tips are being used, and to let you know about new projects at tip me and new ways to support workers worldwide.
Legal
We only use your personal Data if you have submitted it to us by subscribing to the newsletter.
All data is saved in a cloud. The data is only used by tip me and will not be shared with any third parties. No worries: We will never sell your data to anybody.
You rights according to DSGVO:
• Art. 15 DSGVO the right to receive information on the stored personal information;
• Art. 16 DSGVO the right to correction of false or incomplete personal data;
• Art. 17 DSGVO right to ask for the personal data being deleted, as long as further processing is not necessary -to execute your right to freedom of opinion and information-; to fulfill legal duties-; -for reasons of public interest-; or -to validate, execute or defend legal claims-

tip me Privacy Statement
We use the tip me service to enable our users to send direct tips to the people behind the products. The service is provided by tip me Global GmbH, Brüsseler Str. 48, 50674 Cologne, Germany.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON tip me
tip me Global GmbH (hereinafter "tip me") enables our users to give tips to the workers behind the offered products for a fair globalization. tip me provides partners, like us, with a script which we insert on our product pages. This script presents three choices for the amount of the tip and a choice element, as well as other information relevant to our users. By interacting with the displayed module, information such as IP address, browser type, date, time and product information is collected and stored anonymously on tip me's servers for internal statistical analysis. If you place an order, tip me has access to your personal data and your orders - independent of the use of tip me's services. For processing tips given by our users, tip me stores information such as IP address, browser type, device type, an anonymized ID, interactions with the interface, date, time, session duration, frequency of interactions, order ID, net shopping cart value, tip me product ID and selected quantity, payment status, and product information within orders placed. If you choose to be notified about tip me and your tip and expressly agree to allow us to contact you, we will store your email address, first name, last name, and mobile phone number.
tip me ORDER DATA PROCESSING CONTRACT
We have entered into a Data Processing Addendum contract with tip me. This contract serves to safeguard your personal data and ensures that tip me complies with applicable data protection regulations and does not disclose your personal data to third parties.
GRATUITY NOT SUBJECT TO SALES TAX
The "tips" of the customers correspond to a gift according to ErbStG §7, because they are added voluntarily by the customer without corresponding consideration. The tip does not give rise to any claim to consideration of any kind. They are therefore not subject to sales tax. The tips are not defined as donations and therefore cannot be declared to reduce the tax burden.
